Our coaches assess your fitness levels, upcoming goals and design a plan that is aimed to achieve your targets. This number and mix are different for each individual, as even two different people with similar fitness levels and goals will have different plans considering a wide range of parameters we touch upon during assessment.

The OPTOFIT running program is holistic. Our coaches design your training cycle that includes running, strength Training and Mobility. The latter two are key components of running efficiently and avoid injuries.

Nutrition is the key component of a truly holistic approach towards overall fitness. Our Premium & Pro plans include Nutrition consultation built in. For those choosing essential, nutrition consultation can be purchased as an add-on service if required.

Here is the truth. Running is not bad for the knees. On the contrary, studies have shown that running helps in protecting the knees from long term degenerative conditions. The culprit is – improper running techniques, poor form. Increasing running load beyond what your body can handle. And, not including cross training activities such as strength & resistance training as part of your training regimen. When running is done thoughtfully through a structure that is built around your current fitness levels and goals, it is truly transforming.
